What we collect
When you submit a form on this site we collect the name, phone number, email address, and property address you enter, along with the page you submitted from, the time of submission, and a record of the consent language shown to you.
How we use it
We use it to prepare the analysis you asked for and to contact you about your request by phone, text, and email. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third-party lead buyers or advertisers.
Who processes it
Information is stored with our hosting and database providers and delivered through our email and text message providers. These vendors process data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.
Website analytics
We use Google Analytics on the public website to understand page visits and interactions. It may collect page paths, browser and device information, approximate location, and cookie or similar identifiers. We do not send names, contact details, property addresses, or form contents to Google Analytics. You can limit this collection through your browser privacy settings or Google's analytics opt-out tools.
Text messages
Consent to receive text messages is collected separately with an unchecked box and is not a condition of any service. Mobile opt-in information is never shared with third parties for marketing. See our SMS Terms for opt-out instructions.
How long we keep it
We retain consent records for at least four years as required by messaging industry guidelines. You may ask us to delete your information at any time.
