Who is texting you
Text messages come from Sin City Properties, the residential real estate practice of Adam Naglich with Realty ONE Group in Las Vegas, Nevada. Some replies are sent by an automated assistant on Adam’s behalf. You can reach a person any time by calling 702-335-2156.
How you opt in
You opt in by entering your phone number on a form at this website and checking the consent box, which reads: “I agree to receive text messages from Sin City Properties about my request. Msg and data rates may apply. Msg frequency varies. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out.” The box is never checked by default. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service. If you text our published number first, we may reply conversationally to your message.
What we send
Confirmation that we received your request, questions about your property and timeline, a scheduling link for a consultation, and confirmation of a booked appointment. We do not send promotional offers, listing blasts, or third-party marketing on this number.
Frequency and cost
Message frequency varies with your conversation. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile plan. We do not charge for messages.
Stopping messages
Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You will receive one confirmation and then nothing further. Reply START to resubscribe. Reply HELP for contact information. Messages are sent only between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. Pacific time.
Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed.
